A NOTE FROM ANDY HOPWOOD

I have spent my life learning, developing and perfecting the techniques with the British Free Fighting Academy (BFFA). It's been a long and arduous journey with the techniques having been tried, tested and proven in sometimes the most horrific of circumstances, which you can read about in my book It's Only Pain. 

If I could live it again, I wouldn't change a thing as it has all come together to make BFFA what it is today. The sole intention of BFFA training is to teach people self defence techniques that actually work in real life situations! So if you were singled out for an act of street violence, how would you cope?

When it comes down to a sudden violent attack - fear will race through your body, your bladder will be weak, and your legs will feel like they're going to give way - and it will all happen without any prior warning!
